Want to give car to servant how to transfer it legally

I want to give my owned car to my servant for his travel biz.what legality i should complete.
owner-servant relationship is governed under Contracts Act, the owner will be responsible for all the acts of the servant which he does with the car of the owner. To escape from any liablites it is advised to transfer the ownership rights of the car to the servant by a sale deed.
