Want to change my son's surname. what is the legal procedure ?

Hi..I want to give to my child my maiden name, not to my husband name in school but in birth certificate his surname mention .we are not staying with him from last 2 years so how can i change my child surname.pls help me asap
You cannot delete the fathers name without his approval or NOC. If he gives a a noc then on the basis of said NOC you can seek for name change
