Transfer of Property to Legal Heirs of Flat in Co-op Hsg. Soc.

My deceased brother owned a flat in a coop. Hsg Soc. in Vashi. He Had not filled the the nomination form. He was umnarried we we sibblings are unmarried. Myself, one brother, sister and our mother are the only surviving family members. The court has issued us the Heir ship certificate mentioning all four of our names. what documents are required to be submitted to Co-op Hsg. Society for transfer of flat in all four of our names. And also do we require to do the Cidco transfer also.
