Sold my bike and still on my name how to transfer

I sold my bike to a person on olx and he sold it further without my consent. And the person did some crime. Now I only have a piece of paper on with I have written that I have sold the bike and the person to whom I sold he is also agreeing to same. How should I get out of it
It seems that you have been negligent in not transferring your scooter/bike in the name of the holder to whom you have sold the vehicle and he has further sold it to someone else. You can transfer the bike in the favour of the next purchaser with the concerned RTO, by asking the person to whom you have sold the bike that the next purchaser get the same registered in his name.
