Signing an agreement of 1.5 crores with on stamp paper is it valid

Respected Sir; Could you please update that 100 rupees stamp paper is valid in all courts; if i am signing a 1.5 Crores rupees agreement with other company; They are paying me for my services; Its a film agreement; My company is signing with them and it is mandatory to notarized that agreement; Please update - regards
actually in this agreement is valid.
there is mutual consent of both parties executed in personal level before signed by two witnesses is necessary or mandatory.
ur company is a registered company then u have registered ur agreement before sub registrar. otherwise as per value this agreement does not challenged by u anywhere. in case ur challenged ur CASE is not base on ur agreement and opposite side directly said that this is not my signed.
