School authority not mentioning my name in my daughter's certificate's

I got khula in 2003. I have a daughter. I am totally taking care of her. Now she has passed 10the. By producing the khula nama I requested the school authorities to issue her certificates along my name I.e. d/o Noor Asma m j but the school authorities rejecting my request by saying that the divorce is not valid from court. Please help me

You must see an advocate and issue legal notice for u r request. If that does not happen even after sending legal notice then u shud file a case. Usually u shud file a suit for a mandatory injunction / a bare injunction suit directing the school authorities to issue certificate along your name
