Resolve the objections raised by the PSK through Show cause notice

My daughter,K.Neelima,native of Jabalpur,MP,did her B.Tech from Hyderabad from 2012-2016.After completing B.Tech,in January 2017,she applied online for Passport from jabalpur to PSK Bhopal.In the application,she mentioned her residential address of Jabalpur.Further,while police verification at jabalpur,she relieved the fact that she was in Hyderabad for her Bachelor's degree from 2012-2016.As a consequence, police sent a adverse report from their to the respective PSK which resulted in issuance of Show Cause Notice by PSK,Bhopal,interrogating as to why she had hidden the fact that she was there in hyderabad from 2012-2016 and asked to give the reasonable explanation for this concealment.Further,they have asked to submit the bonafide certificate from hyderabad for that period of stay 2012-2016. Discrepancy of address occurred merely due to ignorance.Requested kindly to advice as to how to write the explanation what documents are needed as enclosures to resolve the issue.Please expedite.
Your daughter is required to provide a bonafide certificate issued by the concerned university, and the identity card issued by the concerned university. Also, she is required to provide an affidavit mentioning the stay in Hyderabad during the completion of her degree.
