Reporting of fake degree by university to the employer

A private company employee got fake full time MSc biotechnology degree in 2008-200 while on job.Also police has registered complaint against fraud university from where he got degree.How to report this matter to police as same person will get new job based on the fake degree
He can be charged under sections 466/ 468/ 471 of the Indian Penal Code. The act and intentions are important, when we are exploring the responsibility of an accused. The effect of content of a document being itself wrong may not impact in such a case.
