Relatives using our residential address for all bank and ID purposes

29-May-2023 (In Documentation Law)
Our close relatives live on rent and therefore had been using our residential address as an address proof from a long time in all their records. Since we have trusting relationship with them, we let it be since they told us that they'll make changes once they have their own property. However, it's too late now and property buying doesn't seem even close for them. Plus off-late, banks have started to send notices on loan default payments and bank employees have paid visit to our house for the same. Today, a court summon came on our relative's name to our address. We are becoming apprehensive now. Does it in anyway could be problematic for us? Is their any potential threat to our property? Please suggest.

No such threat to your property as the property is not in their names, but you need to inform bank and other concern authority regarding the fact ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
