Registering a partnership wanted to know what amount of stamp to use

I am registering a partnership. I wanted to know what amount of stamp should I use?
As per your query:
(a) where the capital of the partnership does not exceed Rs. 500 then the amount of stamp paper should be two rupees eight annas.
(b) in any other case Ten rupees.
