Regarding cancellation of candidature in SSC CGL Exam what to do

Sir/Ma'm I applied for ssc cgl 2017 exam when I was in my final semester of graduation, I took the PT of ssc cgl exam and qualified it, and will sure qualify mains and reach document verification but my candidature will be cancelled because my final semester result came on 19th August but ssc wants a candidate to be graduate on or before 1st August although forms for cgl exam were applied in may2017 and at the time of document verification in april/may 2018 I will have all my graduation certificates but still they will reject me. Meanwhile I talked to principal of my college and told him the issue he said he can give me a letter that the results were prepared by 29th july but due to some issue in university it couldn't be published on time. Sir/Ma'm will any letter like this help me in getting the job. And one more thing SSC refers to dopt's letter OM No. 14017/70/87-Estt. (RR) dated14.7.1988, in this letter there is nothing like 1st aug is date to determine qualification.
The given order states that “It may sometimes so happen that due to exigencies of circumstances, an examination, which is normally held during 1st half of the year is shifted to the second half. In such a case, the date for determining the age limits would still be the 1st January.” Also, in the given case, the said letter by the principal of the college mentioning the said inability rendering the said candidate ineligible for the abovementioned post may, depending upon the circumstances, be considered as eligible under the August 1, age limit. (No provision provided for the same).
