Received ancestral property but papers not available what can be done

to whom it may concern dear sir meri 1 property hai virasat me mili hai lekin paper nahi hai aur mujhe loan lena hai to bank property k paper mang rahi hai makan mere nam nagar nigam me chada hai nagar nigam ki raseed bhi hai to ab ap batae kaise uske duplicate paper milenge mere makan number se nagar nigam ki raseed k alawa mere pas kuch nahi hai plz meri help kare thanks
KIndly approach the Sub registrar anf the tehsildar of the concerned area. Ask them the remedy and the procedure to get the papers. You can file for duplicate papers if and so the property is in your name or your ancestors name.
