Procedure to get passport after pending criminal case is completed

Sir, I am mtech student completed and applied for a passport. But due to some reasons a criminal case is lodged against me under section 324 Ipc when I am applying the passport and it is cancelled due to criminal case... as police constable enquired about me... But now the case is completed as there is no proper evidence in my case and now I want to apply for the passport again.. So please tell me the procedure to apply for the passport and I have the judgement copy also...
