Procedure to get general power of attorney

Want to enquire process to get Gen POA. This is for a physically incapacitated person & I want to know what documents needed to execute Gen POA. Also how long does it take to get one?

Any individual competent to contract can execute a power of attorney authorizing another to act on his/her behalf in respect of the matter set out therein. A simple general power of attorney can be drafted by a lawyer and this will not take time.

Get Gen POA for a physically incapacitated person the following.
1. Identity proof of the persons both the parties and photographs.
2. Documents related to general power of attorney which powers to be given.
3. Witness and their identity proof with photographs and other documents.

as far as the to get the above thing done it takes 1 day .
