Procedure to change name on 10th and 12th marksheet

Hello Sir. I have cleared 10th in 2009 and 12th in 2011. In my 12th class certificate, the name of my father is incorrect. It is AND KISHORE BHATTI, but the correct name is NAND KISHORE BHATTI. Also in 10th certificate name of my father is NAND KISHOR and name of my mother is SHANTA. But the correct names of my father and mother are SHANTA BHATTI and NAND KISHORE BHATTI, which are in their all ID proofs. I want to correct their names in both documents. Please tell me the solution.
