Procedure & time required to transfer gift deed within blood relatives

I want to know the process of gift deed transfer within blood relation, how much expenses will be incurred on the same, and time it will require to complete. will be needing lawyer to assist us with same. Also can these be done online or remotely or we have to come to jaipur for it, as property is in Jaipur.
