hi dear respected sir/madam, i want a advice about my problem ..i'll give HS exam this year. i have changed my name through affidafit . my problrm is i want to change my school certificate names..but school authority said it can't be changed . . my question is can i change my name from college?? and will i get problems if the names will be different? please give brief details about every important thing about it..

School authorities have no right to change your name in the marksheet, certificate and others. You have to apply before the board from where such had been issued.
After making changes of name from the board and council , it will be better to insert your new name in the college.
In future you require to make an affidavit before the 1st class Magistrate declaring your old and new name is of one same and identical person.
