Sir, Myself native of Maharashtra , Now Working in Punjab National Bank in Bulandshahr, UP. I married a Girl in Bulandshahr at Arya samaj Mandir, New delhi . We are not of same caste , But Hindu Religene. I want to Register it , One Of the Lawyer said You can Directly Go To Alahabad highcourt . They will direct SSP that Both are major , So In future ,No FIR can be launche against This Couple .

If both of you are married then you can easily get married under the hindu marriage act and J can help you with regards to the registration if you have some address of UP and yes you can APPROACH THE high court to get security, so that no one troubles you in future but as such there is no need to approach the high court.
