We belong to sikh religion . What is the procedure for court marriage without parents conscent? how to get registered in court without involving parents.?
you can get married as per special marriage act where in a specified form you both have to apply before marriage officer of your locality after 30 days from the date of application you can get married by producing you booths date of birth proof ,identity proof , residence proof and three no of witnesses along with their identity proof documents
