There is no need to change your caste certificate after you convert to Christianity. Governments extend reservations and other privileges based on caste. You cannot be deprived of these rights on account of your adopting a new religion. Please update your official records by producing the necessary document for conversion to Christianity, in order to avoid any confusion later on.

A member of a scheduled caste or tribe (SC/ST) who had converted to Christianity from Hinduism can claim the rights and benefits available to SC/ST members if he reconvert as per Kerala High Court judgement. The privileged once availed cannot be snatched back.So conversion does not affect your government job availed through Reservation.
