Procedure for change of name legally

i just want to know that if i have to change my previous name to my present name whereas i have already change my previous name from gazette whereas society refuse to put my present name in the society board and not ready to change in share certificate what is the procedure i have to do that ? can i move the registrar officer provide me section under co operative act? and registration officer is also not ready to change my previous name to present name in my regisrtation document?
Write a simple application to the cooperative society registrar stating your problem and request him to direct the chairman of your society to do the needful , if still no action is taken then approach a civil court seeking directions for the chairman of society

Though your question is little confusing, but still I will try to answer the same to the best I can. Since you have already changed your name and published it in gazette, you require to submit the copy of the gazette to the Society's office and ask them to change your name and if they refuse to act upon it, first ask them to give their reply in writing stating the reason for refusal, and then send them a legal notice asking them to change your name as per the gazette in society's record. And subsequently you can file case before cooperative registrar.
