OBC certificate and domicile documents of different states

sir/madam,since my grandfather's time we have been settled in a different state (X) but we are originally from a different state (Y).i have domicile of X. recently we get a document that we fall in obc category in Y and central as well therefore I applied for cast certificate from my ancestral village in Y(my father has also done his schooling from there and i was also born in my ancestral village later my father also got job in X) and i got my obc certificate from Y and I used my aadhar card issued from X and ration card as well from X for applying for obc certificate. will there be any problem since I have my cast certificate issued from Y and i have domicile of X?
