In a building one part is registered with nagar nigam as commercial and a nursing home is running in that part by a non medico and also having commercial electricity connection . while other part is registered as residential and in that part there is only a clinic of a doctor. Should this clinic has a commercial electricity connection or it comes under residence cum clinic with residential connection ? Here the power corporation people try to extract money by explaining in different -2 ways and showing terror of heavy fine and FIR. Let me know in detail. thanks.

sir if you are using the residential area as a commercial area then you can be fined or even an FIR can be filed. I can only advice you here is that you should either convert the clinic area to commercial or stop working in your residential area.
