Notarized GPA to brother for immovable property

I have a immovable property and v have 2 brother & v want to give notarize GPA to our brother . I it ligel document for cort cases..I am by religion Muslim
Yes it is a legal document in the eyes of court. you can write the following points in your GPA
1. To execute, sign and present all kinds of suits, plaints, complaints, appeals, affidavits, etc in proper court of law and offices.
2. To compromise, compound or withdraw the cases, to appoint arbitrator, to proceed in arbitration proceedings, to deposit and withdraw money, to execute decree, to receive and recover the decreetal amount and to issue the receipts for the same and to take any step.
3. To negotiate, to enter into agreement, to collaborate or dispose off or transfer by way of exchange, mortgage, lease sale (whether permanently or for long or short period) entire flat of land or any part thereof, at such terms, which my attorney may in his/her /their sole discretion deem fit and proper, with any person, whosoever, and to enter into any agreement with the intending purchaser, to receive earnest money/full and final payment in his/her own name or in the name of his/her nominee(s) and give receipts thereof.
