NOC for gifting father's property to his sister

Hi what is the procedure of getting NOC as my father is gifting our house to his sister,is it necessary for us to give noc at that time.do i require any signature from concerned authority or else just a format and sign in that.
is it your fathers self acquired property or ancestral property. if it is his self acquired property then you need not to give any NOC and your father has the right to gift the property to anyone he wants to. IF and so you have a share in the said property then you need to release your rights from the said property by signing a relinquishment deed.
