Dear sir/madam If my friend owns the land And I want to sell out the land with his permission, so what is the procedure Who have to get the bond paper me or by him( whos name should be there mine or him) Need assistance Thank you Vijayendra
The stamp paper has to be in the name of the owner, the one who gives the authority to another to sell the property, oe deal in aby manner with the property. Should signed By him with two witnesses if possible.

you cannot sell his land unless and until your friend gives you an express power of attorney with that same object.
You will have to get a power of attorney to sell the land on his behalf.
