Need guidance regarding name change

Dear sir, My mother’s name is but before her marriage her name was (as mentioned in her every educational certificate). Now after her marriage the middle name i.e is removed in her voter ID, Pan Card, Bank Account and every essential document without any publication. 1.My question is, is it legally valid ? 2. Is publication is mandatory only if we chane our Original name or surname ? 3. Is the removal of middle name i.e ‘kumari’ without publication has any legal effect ? Please Sir suggest me your valuable feedback, its very urgent. With Regards RISHABH SHRIVASTAVA
you just need to publish the new name if you want to change the name in the certificates that your mother had got during her study and if that is any time contradicted with the new name in the voter id and pan then it would be a problem for her if the same is not contradicted then there is not any kind of problem for you.
