Name change in relieving certificate of company

Hello All I had change my name in year 2009, post that I had approched to CBSE for change in name in my 10th, 12th marksheets but as they have rule that they need court order for same, post that I had approched to MP HIGH COURT (Indore Bench) for getting the court order regarding same. In Oct 2016 I get an official order from high court for change in name in all my marksheets. meanwhile I was working with Cognizant Technology solution with first name and I resigned from cognizant in MArch 2016 and all my experience letter and releiving letter are of first name. so Is there any way by which I can get experience letter and releiving letter on new name from Cognizant. As all my documents (ID , Passports, Marksheets) are of new Name so its create discripency Many Thanks In Advance
A Civil Suit for mandatory injunction will lie to seekget directions from court for name changed. Birth Certificate etc. shall be required to file the suit.
CBSE shall be made a party to the suit and the order shall an binding on this
Before filing the writ petition in the court, you are required to submit application to CBSE chairman.
Thereafter you submit an affidavit of name change in your respective District Court before Magistrate. This process may take somewhere 2-6 months.
