My friend has signed a friendship agreement and does not know what to

Hello,
I just want to know the legality of a friendship agreement. Actually a friend of mine has printed it on a non judicial original stamp paper and has got it signed also with advocates sign. This was meant to be a gift just like we have printable contracts which can be bought online. However due to lack of time the same was done as original. It has no notary and as far as I know it has no legal sanction. Please enlighten me on the same. Thanks in advance
Firstly you must know that an agreement need not always be notarised .If the purpose is legal the agreement stands valid on the terms stated in the said agreement if both parties have signed on the said agreement just like a contract.
