My sister sumbit his kyc document and blank cheque without his sign to suresh for loan after some time that cheque was deposited in my account it was return due signature different. Suresh miss used my cheque by puting his sign on my cheque to slove his problems now the third party told and threaten me to pay the amount or else they will file cas against me and now what can i do sir I already file a complaint in online and what I do with bank and what can I do to relieve from this problem
