Marriage certificate name change after 2 year can it be done now

In my marriage certificate wife's name is changed to after marriage last name. We want her name to be retain her maiden name. Can it be changed now after 2 years ? Kindly suggest.
Yes it can be changed subject to judicial proceedings and other municipal activities before the corporation hence forth for that matter we need file an applications in the court and affidavits and other documentation works will involve in it
