Making to flase against me under fordery

Me and my friend decide to buy property.. So 1st payment made by us 50 50, and my friend given rtgs to my account of 2. 15lakh and I paid total 4.30lakh seller But after some day my friend tell me he is not interested to buy flat please give me my money so I return that amount by rtgs and cheque, now he trying to register a case against me of forgery and cheating on this basis of MOU. So what can I do now
