my uncle (taya) had adopted my brother 32 years back. they are not financially sound at the moment. we have told them to make an adoption deed so that we do not face any problem now. he is not agreeing to it. what can we do in this case if my brother claims the property of my father now?
To prove valid adoptation, it would be necessary to bring on records that there had been an actual ceremony.
