I have to apply for pension and PF along with my minor daughter. My spouse employed in Bangalore IT company and staying there in rented home. he belongs to Patna. and before marriage i belongs to delhi. Now i have to make claim.
Pls let me know, from where i can get legal certificate, where my husband ( death place / permanent living place ) or my current staying place court.
Hi you may kindly engage a Lawyer to get the succession certificate. The same can be applied in the Bangalore Civil Court or in the Jurisdictional Taluk/Tahsildar Office to obtain the Legal Heir certificate. There are set of documents and procedure which is involved to get the same from the Court. You will have to keep all those documents ready with you when you consult the Advocate.
