My name is Rakesh kumar mai ek central gov employee tha ab retair ho gaya hu mere service record me mere naam rakesh kumar dubey s/o ram dev dubey h jab ki mere jameen ke pustaini paper me mera naam Rakesh kumar s/ o satya dev dubey h mera jo adhar card h wo service record ke hisaab se hi bana h jo ki rakesh kumar dube s/o ram dev dubey h ab tahseel se adhar car manga ja raha h khatauni link karne ke liye ab hum kya kare Note - ram dev nd satya dev dono sage bhai h
You can provide an affidavit along with your ID proofs to the land record officer mentioning the said change to be done in the land record documents. Or you can apply for changing your father's name in the Adhaar card but as it is very lengthy process you can opt for the former one.
