Judgement passed a year back can we claim our rights now?

As there was judgement passed exactly one year back from civil court nd there was decision made but we were not able to capitalise on that nd now after 1year can we claim the rights as per the judgement
yes, you can claim the rights as per the Judgment since the same will be within the time limit and moreover you can file a Execution Petition for the purpose of claiming your right before the Jurisdictional civil court in case of denial of the same.

Any judgment can be executed and is valid for 12 years and may be more depending upon the circumstances. therefore, you have every right to claim under the said judgment
