Is SC caste certificate valid for migrated citizen

respected, my father is from west bengal and comes under the category of SC in west bengal. he migrated to rajasthan in1990. i born here and completed my study in rajasthan only. so I am eligibke for the SC reservation or not in central examination. i know that in state reservation is not given by the state government. is it valid?
you can get SC reservation from the place where you live , as you get caste certificate from place of domicile. you can get it from Rajasthan under issuance of caste certificate to migrants. But still you have to check with authorities about the categories that fall under SC in Rajashtan.

In central govt vacancies you can get sc reservation but it should be given by the wb govrnment. Then you can get the benifits of sc reservation in central govrnment vacancies. You need not to worry about that.
