10-Sep-2023 (In Documentation Law)
Agar kisi lady ke husband ka kisi aur married lady se affair ho aur wo uska ghar chodh ke apne ghr chali jaye aur uske husband ko apni mistake realise hojaye aur wo usse apne pas wapis apne ke liye bole kya wo lady postnuptial aggreement karwa ke wapis apne husband ke pass ja skti hai ya nhi aur agr wo ye aggreement karwaye to isme ye point dalwa skti hai ke agr uske husband ne dobara ESA kuch kiya to hm uske against action le skte hai ya nhi
In India, prenuptial agreements are neither legal, nor valid under the marriage laws because they do not consider marriage as a contract. Also they are not valid in India owing to the legal provision laid down in Section 23 of the Indian Contract Act.
this is an adultery and adultery is a ground for divorce I think if you want you give your husband another chance then you can do that but if he continues to do so you can file for adultery and divorce but in India even the prenuptial agreements are not valid
