Is name change valid without publication

Account and every essential document without any publication. My question is, 1. Is it legally valid ? 2. Is publication is mandatory only if we chane our Original name or surname ? 3. Is the removal of middle name i.e 'kumari' without publication has any legal effect ? Please Sir suggest me your valuable feedback, its very urgent. With Regards RISHABH SHRIVASTAVA
dear rishabh, first of all thank you for writing with detailed explanation, secondly i would like to inform you about the legal position of changing the name of eny person without publication you would easily decide that there is any possibility or not. sir, the name that you want to be changed will be given to someone with some responsibility on him/ her if you are changing the name of any person this would must be declared to the general public who cannot raise question in future that the said name is not conveyed to me and i have executed the said agreement and also the certification authority will not allow you to change the name without publication but once if you get your name changed in certificates you can easily change the name in other docs also.
