my mother using ration card without removing my name in her family ration card even after i got married 5 years ago .. is that punishable offence?
in this case you need not to worry as you are also the part of their family. Things in case of ration card are little lenient. There may be a problem in future if you continue to have two ration card in one name. it is advisable that you take your name out from one ration card.
