Is green card of mp health department equally valid in central government as it's in mp state?
Green card issued by the Health department of MP state government will not be valid under central government. Green card scheme is different for different states and with the central government. Central Government Health Scheme was started under the Indian Ministry of Health and Family Welfare in 1954 with the objective of providing comprehensive medical care facilities to Central Government employees, pensioners and their dependents
