I want correction in my degree marks card name as per sslc what to do

sir my sslc & puc marks card name as SURESH & degree as SURESH S PATIL is surname in degree MC cause any prblm in doc ver 1) I want correction my degree marks card name as per sslc (SURESH S PATIL IS To SURESH) 2)what procuder I fallow I ask our University thy say didn't any need affidavits. They say submitted original mark car, pay dd, and correct your name What can I do is affidavit is necessary?
Yes u have option first u have to issue notice to concerned authority for change in name and later u have to file declaration suit for change of name praying court later u can get judgment and decree apply and change name
