I Have Different Name In My All The Certificate What I Have To Do?

Hii, my name is in (10th ,12th and degree certificats ) but my name is only in aadhar card ,pan card and in bank account . But now i can't apply for the passport because my name is in my birth certificate . Please help me what i have to do?
You need to contact the eduction board to which your school was affiliated to. It would either be CBSE or ICSE or any other board. The said education board would have certain rules, regulations or code which would provide for the process of rectification of your records. Do find out the required information and contact me for further assistance if required
