I dont have a birth certificate how can i get one.

Hi , I don't have birth certificate, never had one, n as I have spoken to my family I also came to know that may be they even missed to record my name ij govt record's wen I was born..i was born in village named Gogve (Kolhapur ) in maharastra..and now that I want to make passport I want BC ...cud u pls tell me the easiest n quick way to make one ..n how much will that cost me...
As per Registration of Births and Deaths Act, you should obtain your birth certificate immediately within 4 months(approximately) from the Jurisdictional BBMP Office by producing a copy of delivery certificate issued by the Hospital. So first you need to approach jurisdictional BBMP requesting them to issue your birth certificate.
