How to take land on lease

i want to take land on lease. is it possible that without taking the person (whose land) in court all the process will done.

Hello,

No it is not possible to get the transfer done without presence of both purchaser and seller. Thumb impressions of both of them are required at the time of transfer.

So the process can only be done when both of them are present.
