If i want to surrender my 2nd PAN CARD, which contains wrong dob and other details (slight changes in the names), which executive applied., i might lost the IT returns track, again i have to pay taxes on 1st PAN CARD... I AM READY TO PAY PENALTY LEGALLY...I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE ONE CARD WITH BOTH BENEFITS (IT TAX WHATEVER I PAID SHOULD CONTINUE AND THE INSURANCE POLICIES ALSO ....I WANT ONE PAN CARD
