How to rectify date of birth in birth certificate ?

My Birth Certificate in Municipal Corporation has a error in Date of Birth. Birth Certificate D.O.B - 16/10/1994 All my Documents D.O.B - 16/10/1995 Taking from my School leaving, Nationality Certificate, ID cards etc have the D.O.B same. I have tried multiple times in getting touch with the municipal corporation about the issue. But the response is always come tomorrow or same as any government department. Is there any legal way where in I can get this sorted out.
