How to obtain new Domicile certificate

I was born in Nashik, Maharashtra and my parents are also Maharashtra born itself, but later due to my father's job we shifted to bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. I did my school education in bhopal and I am having domicile certificate of MP, but last year I permanently shifted to Pune and now I want domicile certificate of Maharashtra. I am ready to surrender my MP domicile but am I eligible for Maharashtra domicile certificate.

Documents required for Domicile Certificate:
Residence proof such as ration card,voter id card,passport,water or electricity bill,house tax reciept etc.
An affidavit in a prescribed form.
2 recent passport size photograph.
School certificate.
Or any other legal document which state that the person is residence of that particular state.
Eligibility:
A person who has a permanent residence in Maharashtra can apply for domicile certificate
Women not originally belonging to a State/UT, but married to men who are permanent residents of the State/UT are eligible to apply for Domicile Certificate.minimum 10 years of state residence proof is required.
