How to obtain new community certificate for my daughter?

my caste certificate I have the caste name as Hindu chakkiliyan ... now I want to get new community certificate for my 3yrs old daughter..in that certificate instead of the name chakkiliyan I want to put hindu arunthathiyar it also belongs to same chakkiliyan both r same. Category ...I just want to change its name only sir...not my whole caste ....kindly guide me sir
1) make application to the Revenue Divisional Officer, who is the competent authority in this regard for issuance of Community Certificate
2) The Community Certificate is required only to find out whether a candidate is eligible for being considered under the reserved quota and not for any other purpose.
