How to get SC caste certificate corrected

Hello Sir/ Madam... There is an erroe with the spelling of my name on my caste certificate. It had been issued from TAMIL NADU. My document verification for govt. job is in this month. I am from Delhi. What should I do Sir? Please reply. My career maker question.
You will have to visit the same department office which had previously issued you the certificate and get the Application Form for correction in caste certificate. After filling the complete application form you need to attach some other documents as the proof of your age, name and address etc and then submit in the same department office.
You will also have to submit your old caste certificate in which you want to make changes. After the complete process and verification of your documents you can get the caste certificate with updated information.
